Toasted Muesli with yogurt and blueberries

I re-created this recipe for a gluten free client of mine today because I couldn’t find my Muesli recipe I thought I had on file. I was actually searching for a low sugar, low fat granola recipe (which I thought I had in my collection of recipes), but couldn’t find it. I remember I adapted it from a recipe that I saw on Anna Olsen’s show “Fresh”…but do you think I could find it?!? No! So maybe I committed it to memory instead of my hard drive because I was able to re-create it this a.m. So here it is. I sprinkled it over some yogurt with fresh blueberries, and it tasted great! Hope you enjoy ~ Sue
