Learn how easy it is to prepare Thai dishes authentically and innovatively right at your own home.
• Thai Salad Rolls
Vegetables, prawns, rice noodles and chicken breast, rolled in rice paper and dipped in peanut sauce.
Golden brown marinated barbecued pork served on bamboo skewers with peanut dipping sauce.
• Green Curry Chicken
A classic Thai curry dish simmered in coconut milk and topped with cilantro. Served on sticky rice.
• Pad Thai
A popular spicy soft noodle dish, garnished with crushed peanuts, coriander and lime juice.
Cookbook Door Prize: “Beginners THAI: Step-by-Step to perfect results”. Over 50 Thai recipes with information about the various Thai spices, rice’s and ingredients.
Classes are non-refundable, but transfers or rescheduling may be made with at least one-week notice. You may substitute another person in your place.
